09/21 [news] Recovering from H1N1...Voice Condition Check at Studio

SS501 Kim Hyun Joong speedy recovery from H1N1 influenza and will be stretching into activities.

Kim HyunJoong went to a studio located in Gangnam Seoul on 19th to check his condition i.e voice, etc. Kim Hyun Joong is warming up for the making of their new album planned to be released end of this month. Kim Hyun Joong also went into discussions with the other SS501 members on this day regarding the activities planning, etc.

His company said “Kim Hyun Joong is not back to the perfect condition yet, so he will not be doing any recordings. This is purely a condition check for him. Kim HyunJoong met with the members whom he haven’t seen in a while after he returned to Korea, they talked about what happened recently and showed a much healthier look of himself.”

Kim Hyun Joong was diagnosed with H1N1 influenza on 8th and received medical treatment in Japan until he recovered and returned back to Korea on 16th where he is currently recuperating at home.

Sohu Korea, Beijing time 17 Sept morning news) According to media report in Korea, SS501, G-Dragon, SG Wanne Be and other Hallyu star will gather in the 'Wonderful Korea Concert' held at Seoul Olympic Park Fencing Hall on 27Sept.

This concert is held for promoting the '2009 Korea Grand Sale' to oversea. '2009 Korea Grand Sale' campaign's goal is to promote South Korea tourism, the theme is 'Vibrant South Korea'. This is in preparation for the "visit Korea Year" from 2010 to 2012.

Actor Jeong Jun Ho is selected as the ambassador for this campaign. Jeong Jun Ho reveal: "During the promotion period, I will promote the rich culture of Korea.' The campaign organizer, Korea Tourist Association chairman expressed: "Different from previous years, now more and more visitors come for shopping, medical treatment and cultural experience.s Also, there are visitors who purposely visit for shopping, concert and other events."

[News] SS501 confirmed to release their new album this month

Kim HyunJoong returning to Korea on 16-Sep..SS501 confirmed to release their new album this month.

5 member male idol group SS501 will release their new album as planned this month.

SS501’s company DSP Entertainment senior management representative said to MoneyToday StarNews on 16-Sep “SS501 will release their new album this month. This is a decision made with sufficient discussions with SS501 members including Kim HyunJoong. We had already announced about the album release to be in mid of this month.”

Initially, the new album release is said to be delayed due to Kim HyunJoong’s infection of H1N1 influenza in Japan. However, Kim HyunJoong has recovered fully and was being discharged from the hospital on 15-Sep, he showed strong will to get into activities thus has decided to go ahead with the new album release this month as planned. SS501’s new release is going to be a full-length official album.

Meanwhile, Kim HyunJoong who has recovered from H1N1 will be returning to Korea on 16-Sept.

Kim HyunJoong went over to Japan for KBS 2TV ‘Boys Over Flowers’ promotional event held in Yokohama Japan on 5th and 6th Sep. However, Kim HyunJoong developed slight fever and headache which hinders him from attending the recordings of a show. Kim HyunJoong then had high fever and was sent to a hospital in the morning of 7-Sep, where he was diagnosed with H1N1 influenza and was admitted to hospital for medical treatment.

Kim HyunJoong won the male popularity award voted by netizens in ‘Seoul Drama Awards 2009’ held on 11-Sep.

Leader, Kim Hyun Joong has recovered from H1N1 and will be returning to Korea this afternoon on 16th September.

Kim Hyun Joong will be entering Korea through Gimpo Airport at 2pm. He will also have documents proving that he has recovered from H1N1.

On 15th September over the phone, staff from DSP has disclosed that Kim Hyun Joong has discharged from the hospital on 15th and to return to Korea on 16th.

In order to dispel the worries from fans, Kim Hyun Joong will be having documents to prove that he has recovered. Was informed that he sound really good too and fans do not have to worry.

Kim Hyun Joong personnally confirmed "I will be back to meet everybody after 2 weeks."

When will Kim Hyun Joong who contracted new influenza and currently having medical treatment in Japan come back to meet everybody?

After attended the 5 & 6 Sept KBS 2TV "Boys over Flower" promotional events, Kim Hyun Joong had consistent high fever and was sent to hospital immediately. He was confirmed diagnose with new influenza and currently was quarantine for medical treatment.

After medication, his condition has greatly recovered. it is understood that recovery period might be at least half a month, but be mentally prepare that the medical treatment period might extend to one month. Kim Hyun Joong's mother had arrived at Japan on 9 Sept to personnally take care of Kim Hyun Joong for the long medical treatment.

Another news which made fans worried was rumour which said another SS501 members also contracted new influenza and was hospitalized. But this was not confirmed. (Well, we knew it IS not correct, it was the dancer who contracted AH1N1)

On 14 Sept morning, in a MBC interview program, one SS501 Management company, DSP internal personnel revealed: "Kim Hyun Joong current condition is very good. His health is better. He personally confirmed, after 2 weeks, he would be fully recovered and meet with everybody.
